We currently deliver across various locations in India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your area by our logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability

Shipping Charges

Delays in Delivery

HRM Foods shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen events.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details when placing the order.
HRM Foods will not be responsible for:
- Delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
- Delayed deliveries caused by inaccurate information
- Additional shipping costs arising from address corrections
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned or cancelled by the courier partner. In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges may apply
- No refund will be issued
Damaged Packages
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the outer packaging appears heavily damaged or tampered with:
- Take clear photos/videos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
Cash on Delivery availability may vary based on location and order value. HRM Foods reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes without prior notice.
International Shipping
Currently, HRM Foods may not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned on the website.
